This article presents philosophical and educational reflection of smart-society as a new model of the information society and presents its impact on human (intellectual) capital. It reveals timeliness of this topic, which is innovative and hardly developed. It analyses international experience in establishment and growth of smart-society and dimensions of axiological field of smart-society, which is based on axiological matrix of information and knowledge, which are considered and being civilized dimensions of modern society. The main idea is to prove the evolution of the information society to smart-society and the possibility of establishment of smart-society in Ukraine. The analysis of smart-society formation was made and its characteristics were defined, which claims priority role in the world information space formation and contribute to the competitiveness of Ukraine in the international information space.

Philosophical reflection smart-society as a new model of the information society and its impact on the education of the 21st century

The unassailable empirical fact that Waldorf education has existed, endured and evolved for almost a century. It provides one with a legitimate propensity to engage and research into humanistic aspects of early childhood education in Steiner’s philosophical and pedagogical inclinations. In that respect, the first development cycle, which refers to the education of children in early years of development, represents the foundation of any further growth, as well as of structuring a healthy qualitatively-voluntaristic personality aspect. The essential feature of early childhood can be observed in a complex interplay of a myriad of holistic and integrative elements of a child’s sensitive nature during this period. The paper aims to provide humanistic insights into Steiner’s pedagogical oeuvre that, as a methodological basis, reflects in a rather explicit and applicable manner the necessity of a pedagogical conception of the uniqueness of childhood and children, whose forces ought to be preserved. It is concluded that a genuine global social renaissance, starting from a given present as a relative uncertainty towards a better future as a possible certainty, i.e. towards the humanised and humanistic, is possible only if education is understood as a true social power with reformed and revalued educational system. Steiner perceived exciting prospects for human beings in the absolute freedom that is inherent in every human being as a spiritual power, so in early childhood years it is necessary to model temporal and spatial circumstances which support and generate a child’s practice as a sensitive organ of a complex field of interactive exchange.

Актуальність дослідження у тому, що поглиблений розвиток глобалізації сприяв трансформації та реформуванню економічної системи, що сприяло посиленню соціальної трансформації та глибоких змін у системі освіти, економіки, бізнесу. З розвитком і застосуванням цифрових технологій, таких як хмарні обчислення, штучний інтелект і блокчейн, цифрові зміни та хмарний розвиток стали світовою темою. Цифровізація як глобальна тенденція розвитку стала центром розвитку в усіх країнах. Метою дослідження є теоретичні і практичні виміри еволюції концепції від cмарт-освіти до смарт-економіки та смарт-бізнесу. Методологія дослідження – це застосування методів системного аналізу і синтезу, Agile-методології, системно-структурного та структурно-функціонального методів дозволили показати еволюцію концепції від cмарт-освіти до смарт-економіки та смарт-бізнесу, розкрити цифровізацію освіти, економіки і бізнесу, які перетворилася на нову вимогу адаптації до економічного та соціального розвитку, вирішення суперечності між соціальним розвитком і попитом і пропозицією талантів, а також підвищення соціальної продуктивності. У результаті дослідження здійснено конотацію «цифрової трансформації смарт-освіти»; з’ясовано економічні, соціальні та культурні чинники еволюції від смарт-освіти до смарт-економіки та смарт-бізнесу; сформовано модель цифрового бізнесу та умови його успішності; розроблено концепцію смарт-економіки та смарт-бізнесу у контексті нових викликів цифровізації і глобалізації Практичне значення дослідження у розробці концепції смарт-економіки зі штучним інтелектом, яка виступає чинник ефективності, сталості та гармонії, в яких домінують інновації, креативність, творчість.

Еволюція концепції від cмарт-освіти до смарт-економіки та смарт-бізнесу

В статье представлены характеристики типов организационной, культуры, выделяются ключевые отличительные черты, раскрываются существенные черты вырожденных культур организации, определяются основные функции организационной культуры и ее значение в процессе управления. Выделены типы организационных культур, которые могут способствовать внедрению корпоративной социальной ответственности. Объект исследования: типы организационной культуры. Цель исследования : определить типы организационной культуры, благоприятно влияющих на развитие корпоративной социальной ответственности. Для достижения цели исследования выдвинуты эти задачи: (1) обсудить связи организационной культуры с корпоративной социальной ответственностью (2) описать отличительные черты типов организационной культуры, (3) оценить благоприятность организационных типов культуры, внедряя корпоративную социальную ответственность. Основной результат исследования показывает, что тип организационной культуры, определен конкретными специфическими связями, свойствами/особенностями общения и поведения, влияет на поведение предприятия как во внутренней, так и во внешней среде, отдельные комбинации типов организационной культуры могут иметь положительное влияние на развитие корпоративной социальной ответственности или ее останавливать.

The purpose of research is theoretical and methodological foundation of organizations as the administration object. The analysis revealed the essence of the organization as a complex social and economic phenomenon; The conditions for the formation of organizations, innovative types of organizations, the formation of innovative human organization that has become an instrument of transformation in society. The article reveals the essence of a multidisciplinary approach, which was called "organizational development", based on understanding of the organization as a socio-technical system, and analyzed the theory of organization, based on evolution of organizations and their organizational sturcture. Used methods are systematic method and systematic approach to the analysis of the organization as an object and the effect of systemic administration of methods and approaches to the organization. As the result the organizations as an object of management are presented as complex of socio-technical systems that require modern approaches of management of the organization and meet the transformation processes in the society. Conclusions are the following - leaders must master the theory of modern management organizations, to promote the progress of organizations.

Grounding of  research. Human dimension  comes  from  the  fact  that  reserves  of  humanistic  development  of  economics,  politics  and  culture  are  to  be  found  in  man  himself,  the  development  of  his  consciousness and spiritual capital. Without the development of anthropological capital, further development  and improvement of society become impossible. The most important resource of human dimension appears  intensification  of anthropological  capital  and  human  existence.  Anthropological  principles  of  human  dimension are terms of saving human, natural, social and political resources. In its substantive characteristics,  concept of human dimension includes theoretical and conceptual grounding of “ typical” tasks of humanization  of politics, economy, ecology, social policy, science, education and culture. Problem  situation.  In  the  context  of  philosophical  and  anthropological  dimensions,  emphasis  is shifted  to  human  ontology,  in  which  doctrine  of  the  meaning  of  human  life  and  the  possibilities  of  its comprehension, in particular by examining the conflict  of human world -attitude and self-creation is central.  Through  the  anthropological  principle,  an  attempt  to  explain  the  man  himself  and  the  surrounding  world, comprehend the man and the surrounding world, understand the man as a unique phenomenon, as the creator of history and culture is made. Fundamental questions of philosophical and anthropological discourse  – the attitude of man to the world and the world to man: What is the world we live in? What is man's place in this world? What is the man himself and what is the nature of his consciousness? Research  problems. Philosophical  and  anthropological  aspect  of  humanistic  management  is  fundamental in European philosophy, so we turn to the reception of man in the projection of anthropological  dimensions of hu man being, which are reduced to the following trends, existing in the world today. The aim of research : analyse The concept of the human dimension as  the anthropological basis of  humanistic management tasks. Conclusions. To  fulfil all  tasks  of  concept  of  human  dimension  as  the  anthropological  basis  of  humanistic  management,  it  is  necessary  to  form  the  elite  of  humanitarian  managers,  exercise  social  and  humanitarian policy by forming the key objectives of humanitarian management act ivity in human dimensional  direction:  a)  national  (semiotic);  b)  personal  growth  and  activity  self - determination  (anthropological);  c)spatial;  d)  strategic  thinking  and  political  action.  Promote  development  of  human  dimensional  outlook  of  humanitarian man agers and development of human dimensional technologies, which are a set of scientifically  grounded  methods  and  special  techniques  of  indirect  impact  on  society  through  the  management  of  social  human  behaviour. Promote modernization of human dimensional European space of Ukraine, which requires:  establishing a modern human dimensional culture of public management; full integration of Ukraine into the  information space; strengthening the Ukraine's presence in the global humanitarian space.Keywords: human dimension, anthropological discourse, humanistic management.

The result of the research - the modern information world, informationalism and the economy are completely dependent on networks and are created by information technologies, which in general forms an information and communication paradigm of society.
