TL;DR: It is shown that the CuO nanoparticles are mostly dispersed in the mesopores with remaining of the crystallinity and morphology of the host zeolite with the excellent electrocatalytic performances to oxidation of glucose in alkaline media.

Direct electrodeposition of highly ordered gold nanotube arrays for use in non-enzymatic amperometric sensing of glucose
TL;DR: In this paper, vertically aligned gold nanotube arrays and gold nanowire arrays were directly grown in alumina oxide templates by galvanostatic deposition, and the morphology of the gold arrays can be controlled by adjusting the pH value of the plating bath.
