Patent
Solar Assisted Combined Cycle Power Plant
Yasuhiro Yoshida,Yukinori Katagiri,Tatsurou Yashiki,Takuya Yoshida,Takahashi Kazuo,Naohiro Kusumi,Takaaki Sekiai +6 more
- 30 Sep 2010
TL;DR: In this paper, a solar assisted combined cycle power plant with a solar collector and a heat accumulator is described, and a spray device handles the hot water as spray water and sprays the spray water onto the air to take into the compressor.

Combined cycle power generation plant utilzing solar heat
Yasuhiro Yoshida,Yukinori Takagiri,Tatsurou Yashiki,Takuya Yoshida,Takahashi Kazuo,Naohiro Kusumi,Takaaki Sekiai +6 more
- 30 Sep 2010
TL;DR: In this paper, a solar assisted combined cycle power plant with a solar collector and a steam generator is described, where the solar collector uses thermal energy of sunlight to turn supplied water to warm water, and a heat accumulator stores hot water derived from the solar collectors and the exhaust heat recovery steam generator.

Start-Up Optimization of Combined Cycle Power Plants: A Field Test in a Commercial Power Plant
Yasuhiro Yoshida,Takuya Yoshida,Yuki Enomoto,Osaki Nobuhiro,Nagahama Yoshito,Yoshifumi Tsuge +5 more
TL;DR: The developed method was shown to be capable of optimizing the start-up process for GTCC power plants and found to converge near the Pareto-front representing the best trade-off between the fuel gas consumption of the gas turbine and thermal stress in the steam turbine rotor.

Net refuse bin and commodity circulation promoting system using the same
Takuya Yoshida,Baba Kenji +1 more
- 23 Apr 2002
TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a refuse bin consisting of a container for storing refuse, measuring means for measuring the amount of refuse in the container and transmitting means for transmitting information for the measured amount of waste via a communication line.

Controller for Gas Turbine Power Plant
Eunkyeong Kim,Kazuhito Koyama,Shigeo Hatamiya,Yukinori Katagiri,Takuya Yoshida,Naohiro Kusumi,Takahashi Kazuo +6 more
- 04 Feb 2011
TL;DR: In this article, a controller for use in a gas turbine power plant includes a compressor that compresses combustion air, a water atomization cooling apparatus that sprays water drops of atomized water supplied via a water-atomization flow-rate regulating valve over a flow of air drawn in the compressor, a combustor that mixes the compressed combustion air with fuel to thereby burn a fuel-air mixture and generate combustion gas at high temperature and performs combustion switching during operation, a turbine that uses the combustion gas to drive the compressor and a generator.
