TL;DR: Intermediate‐term results suggest that cardiac transplantation remains a reasonable option for patients with a failed Fontan circulation, and one, five, 10, and 15 yr post‐transplantation survival was 80%, 72%, 69%, and 55%, respectively.

TL;DR: With appropriate patient selection and posttransplant monitoring, survival has improved for patients with complex end-stage CHD and multiorgan transplantation is an option for selected patients with CHD.
