The invention discloses a construction method of a deep neural network model based on overhead line system image quality evaluation. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1, selectingm images from an overhead line system image set; 2, dividing the m images according to quality categories, and screening training samples and test samples in the images of all quality levels according to the same proportion; 3, respectively testing the n trained network models by adopting the test sample, and screening out the network model with the highest test precision as a target network model; 4, judging whether the test precision of the target network model is not less than the target precision or not, and if so, determining that the target network model is a deep neural network model for overhead line system image quality evaluation; otherwise, turning to the step 5; 5, testing the target network model by adopting the training sample, and updating the training sample; 6, training the target network model by adopting the updated training sample, and turning to the step 4. According to the method, the characteristics of the contact network images are automatically learned, and high test robustness and adaptability are achieved.

A novel full-reference image quality evaluation method can obtain a result more similar to that of human subjective imagequality evaluation, and the full-reference image quality evaluation method based on visual attention characteristics comprises the following steps: step 1, extracting structure and color characteristics; step 2-1, classifying a whole picture; step 2-2, classifying non-edge areas; step 3, measuring distortion of the edge area, the complex structure area and the simple structure area; step 4, an overall comprehensive strategy is carried out; step 5, forming a final image quality score. The method is mainly applied to designing and manufacturing occasions. The method is mainly applied to the field of image processing.
