The invention discloses a high-precision transmission system and a method for analog quantity based on signal combination. The method comprises synchronous transmission of two-channel signals, splitting for dual-channel high-order data, complement for dual-channel low-order data, D/A conversion for dual-channel data, conditioning dual-channel signals on controller-side, conditioning dual-channel signals on actuator-side, A/D conversion for dual-channel signals, processing dual-channel data signals and combination for dual-channel data signals. The invention provides a simple high-precision transmission scheme for an analog signal. By means of data splitting and signal combination, a redundant loop is used to synchronously transmit the data which is split, the effective precision of the transmission loop is fully utilized, the loss of accuracy of the data transmission between a controller and an actuator is reduced, and the overall control system is more accurate.

According to the methods, when the total information quantity of the target information and the information stored in the buffer pool is greater than the preset information quantity threshold, the to-be-split key information is determined and splitting, error correction and fusion processing are carried out on the key information, so the condition that the information in the buffer pool is stacked or even overflowed is avoided.
