Development and comparison of a new personalized warfarin stable dose prediction algorithm in Chinese patients undergoing heart valve replacement.
Sheng-Lan Tan,Zhen Li,G B Song,L M Liu,Wei Zhang,J Peng,T Zhang,F F Jia,G Zhou,Hong-Hao Zhou,X M Zhou +10 more
TL;DR: The authors' warfarin dosing algorithm is potentially useful for patients whose population profiles are similar to those of their patients, and is compared with previously published dosing algorithms as applied to HVR patients.

Effect of CYP2C9–VKORC1 interaction on warfarin stable dosage and its predictive algorithm
Xi Li,Rong Liu,Han Yan,Jie Tang,Ji-Ye Yin,Xiao-Yuan Mao,Fang Yang,Zhi-Yin Luo,Sheng-Lan Tan,Hui He,Xiao-Ping Chen,Zhao-Qian Liu,Zhi Li,Hong-Hao Zhou,Wei Zhang +14 more
TL;DR: The discrepancy between the predictive results obtained using the predictive algorithm with and without the CYP2C9–VKORC1 interaction was negligible and can therefore be disregarded.

Cytochrome P450 oxidoreductase genetic polymorphisms A503V and rs2868177 do not significantly affect warfarin stable dosage in Han-Chinese patients with mechanical heart valve replacement
Sheng-Lan Tan,Zhi Li,Wei Zhang,Guo-Bao Song,Li-Ming Liu,Juan Peng,Zhao-Qian Liu,Lan Fan,Xiang-Guang Meng,Lian-Sheng Wang,Yao Chen,Xinmin Zhou,Hong-Hao Zhou +12 more
TL;DR: POR polymorphisms (A503V and rs2868177) do not appear to significantly influence WSD in Han-Chinese patients with mechanical heart valve replacement (MHVR).

Diagnosis and treatment of warfarin resistance
TL;DR: In this article, the authors classified warfarin resistance as hereditary vs acquired, or in pharmacologic terms as pharmacokinetic vs pharmacodynamic, and determined the type of resistance as soon as possible so that treatment could be oriented toward the causes.

Evaluation of the "safe multidisciplinary app-assisted remote patient-self-testing (SMART) model" for warfarin home management during the COVID-19 pandemic: study protocol of a multi-center randomized controlled trial.
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors developed and assessed the "Safe Multidisciplinary App-assisted Remote patient-self-Testing (SMART) model" for warfarin home management in China during the COVID-19 pandemic.
