Yahui Ge,Yuping Tang,Sheng Guo,Xin Liu,Zhenhua Zhu,Lili Zhang,Pei Liu,Shao-Xiong Ding,Lin Xiangzhi,Lin Rurong,Jin-Ao Duan +10 more
TL;DR: A rapid, simple and sensitive analytical method was developed using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with a triple quadrupole mass detection in multiple-reaction monitoring mode for the simultaneous quantitative determination of 25 free amino acids and 16 nucleosides and nucleobases in S. nudus within 20 min, which was confirmed to be reproducible and accurate.

Antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activities of Thais luteostoma extracts and underlying mechanisms.
Xin Liu,Yuping Tang,Rui Liu,Yi Jin,Jianming Guo,Jinlong Zhao,Shao-Xiong Ding,Lin Xiangzhi,Lin Rurong,Jin-Ao Duan +9 more
TL;DR: T. luteostoma extract has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory activities, which may be mediated through the suppression of production of PGE2, cAMP, Na(+)/Ca(2+), TNFα, IL-1β,IL-2, and IL-6.

Application of thais clavigera to preparation of antipyretic and anti-inflammatory medicine
Tang Yuping,Xin Liu,Duan Jinao,Liu Rui,Jianming Guo,Shao-Xiong Ding,Lin Xiangzhi,Lin Rurong +7 more
- 30 Jan 2013
TL;DR: In this article, the authors have revealed application of thais clavigera to the preparation of an antipyretic and anti-inflammatory medicine, and experimental results show that a soft body extract of the thais cortex or shell powder of the Thais clava has a strong effect of inhibiting acute inflammation models of mouse ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene and mouse pedal swelling causing by carrageenan.
