TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a method and a device for expressing the weather in a virtual world, the method comprising the steps of collecting weather information, which is information on an observed weather, extracting a factor for expressing weather, which was an object, from the weather information; generating a descriptor for expressing using the factor; and expressing weather which is an object through the generated descriptor, and outputting the expressed weather in at least one information of visual, auditory, and tactile information.
