Trajectories, bifurcations, and pseudo-time in large clinical datasets: applications to myocardial infarction and diabetes data
S. E. Golovenkin,Jonathan Bac,Jonathan Bac,A. Chervov,A. Chervov,Evgeny M. Mirkes,Yuliya V. Orlova,Emmanuel Barillot,Emmanuel Barillot,Alexander N. Gorban,Andrei Zinovyev,Andrei Zinovyev +11 more
TL;DR: A pseudo-time quantification-based approach makes it possible to apply the methods developed for dynamical disease phenotyping and illness trajectory analysis (diachronic data analysis) to synchronic observational data.
Trajectories, bifurcations and pseudotime in large clinical datasets: applications to myocardial infarction and diabetes data
S. E. Golovenkin,Jonathan Bac,A. Chervov,Evgeny M. Mirkes,Yuliya V. Orlova,Emmanuel Barillot,Alexander N. Gorban,Andrei Zinovyev +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a semi-supervised methodology for the analysis of large clinical datasets, characterized by mixed data types and missing values, through modeling the geometrical data structure as a bouquet of bifurcating clinical trajectories is proposed.

- 20 Sep 1995
TL;DR: Neural software applied in medicine and physiology to investigate and diagnose immune deficiencies; diagnose and study allergic and pseudoallergic reactions; forecast emergence or aggravation of stagnant cardiac insufficiency in patients with cardiac rhythm disorders; forecast development of cardiac arrhythmia after myocardial infarction.

Neural networks for forecasting of myocardial infarction complications
D. A. Rossiev,S. E. Golovenkin,V. A. Shulman,G.V. Matjushin +3 more
- 20 Sep 1995
TL;DR: The computer expert system which allows one to forecast four kinds of complications appearing in hospital patients with myocardial infarction is presented, based on artificial neural networks which accumulate experience while working and trained themselves on the real clinical cases.
