TL;DR: It is unlikely that aprepitant has a clinically significant effect on the efficacy of CPA, and concurrent administration of AP with CPA did not result in any significant changes in the 4-OH metabolite AUC, but did result in increased parent CPA and decreased DCE drug exposure levels.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors provided clinical spectrum and outcomes of acute kidney injury in postpartum period, which is associated with high maternal and fetal mortality in developing nations, and the incidence of PPAKI is 10.55%, sepsis and hemorrhage being the commonest etiologies.
