But the video cannot be played smoothly, screen recording is conducted on the current video, so that when smooth playing of the video is ensured by the VOD technology, the screenrecording video is played for a user to watch the video smoothly, and the technical problem that when the VOC technology is applied to perform video requested playing, network speed environment is poor so that the video can not be played normally is overcome.
