Naringin Protects Against Cartilage Destruction in Osteoarthritis Through Repression of NF-κB Signaling Pathway.
TL;DR: Oral administration of naringin alleviated degradation of cartilage matrix and protected against OA development in the surgically induced OA models and was possibly due to suppression of NF-κB signaling pathway.

ABCG2 is associated with HER-2 Expression, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage in breast invasive ductal carcinoma
TL;DR: ABCG2 correlated with Her-2 expression, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage in breast invasive ductal carcinoma could be a novel potential bio-marker which can predict biological behavior, clinical progression, prognosis and chemotherapy effectiveness.

OTUB1 suppresses Hippo signaling via modulating YAP protein in gastric cancer
C. Yan,Huijie Yang,Peng Su,Xin Liu,Zhongbo Li,Dehai Wang,Yifeng Zang,Tianshi Wang,Ziping Liu,Zhuocong Bao,Shuxiao Dong,Ting Zhuang,Jian Zhu,Yinlu Ding +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a novel deubiquitinase of Hippo/YAP axis and one possible therapeutic target for YAP-driven gastric cancer was revealed, which correlated with YAP activity and poor survival.

Hypoxia-inducible factor-2a is associated with ABCG2 expression, histology-grade and Ki67 expression in breast invasive ductal carcinoma.
TL;DR: HIF-2a was correlated with ABCG2 expression, histology-grade and Ki67 expression in breast invasive ductal carcinoma, and could be a novel potential bio-marker to predict chemotherapy effectiveness.
YAP inhibits ERα and ER+ breast cancer growth by disrupting a TEAD-ERα signaling axis
Xu Li,Shu Zhuo,Ting Zhuang,Yong Suk Cho,Guojin Wu,Yuchen Liu,Kun Mu,Kai Zhang,Peng Su,Ying-Chin Yang,Cheng Cheng Zhang,Jian Zhu,Jin Jiang +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the role of Hippo signaling and a tumor suppressor function of YAP in estrogen receptor positive (ER+) breast cancer was uncovered, and the Hippo pathway transcription factor TEAD physically interacts with ERα to increase its promoter/enhancer occupancy whereas YAP inhibits ERα/TEAD interaction, decreases ERα occupancy on its target promoters/enhancers, and promotes ERα degradation by the proteasome.
