To provide a powder coating composition which prevents blocking in powder coating and simultaneously achieves suitable appearance and flexibility of the coated film. A powder coating composition comprising a fluorinated copolymer (X) having a glass transition point of at least 50°C and a number average molecular weight of from 10,000 to 22,000, and a curing agent (Y), wherein the fluorinated copolymer (X) is a copolymer obtained by polymerization of a monomer mixture comprising (A) from 45 to 55 mol% of chlorotrifluoroethylene and/or tetrafluoroethylene, (B) from 2 to 40 mol% of a vinyl ether which has a C 4 or 5 alkyl group containing a tertiary carbon atom, (C) from 5 to 20 mol% of a vinyl ether having a crosslinkable functional group and (E) from 0 to 32 mol% of a vinyl ester which has a C 3-5 alkyl group containing a tertiary or higher carbon atom, wherein the total content of the above (B) and (E) is from 30 to 50 mol%, and the curing agent (Y) is reactive with the crosslinkable functional group.

PURPOSE:To obtain uniform image data by providing an image input device with an external light detecting means to detect the quantity of external light, and varying the light accumulation time of a photoelectric converter so as to meet its signal level CONSTITUTION:An original 2 is lighted by an LED 1, and reflected light is converged to a sensor 4 by a lens 3 The sensor 4 photoelectric-converts an input light signal, and sends it to a CPU 5 which is a light accumulation time adjusting means The CPU 5 stores the image data in a RAM 7 in conformity to the instruction of a ROM 6 An external light sensor 8 detects the quantity of the external light through an A/D converter 9, and the CPU 5 changes the light accumulation time of the sensor 4 When the external light increase, since the reflected light from the original 2 is increased as well, the light accumulation time of the sensor 4 is shortened, and since the level after the photoelectric conversion can be made equal to the value before the external light influences, even if the external light varies, the constant image data can be obtained always Therefore, a case body needs not be made in a manner to a void the influence of the external light by using a special means, and a picture taking-in window can be arranged at the end of the picture input device

PURPOSE: To moderate a shock of collision by rotating a driver's seat at collision. CONSTITUTION: When a car collides, a collisional switch 1 detects collision and unfixes a rotating roller 6 of a rotary driver's cab 7. As a center of gravity of the rotary driver's cab exists on its lower side, the rotary driver's cab rotates so that the lower side moves forward by impact of collision. Consequently, impact force given to a driver is reduced as impact force is converted to turning force. Additionally, it is possible to avoid collision of a body of the driver.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft excavation and soil-gathering method with which soil-gathering work can be performed safely and speedily by a simple method.SOLUTION: According to a construction method for safely and speedily performing soil-gathering work, a plurality of rails 4 are successively laid and fixed vertically downward to a liner plate 2 in a shaft 1 by a horizontal mounting plate 5 in accordance with excavation depth of the shaft 1. A soil-gathering bucket 6 is provided which may be lifted up and lowered along the rails 4. Regarding excavated soil which is generated in the process of excavation, the soil-gathering bucket 6 is driven to be lifted up and lowered by a wire rope 8 along the rails 4 laid successively, such that excavated soil is lifted up to the ground G and discharged outside of the shaft 1. Thus, the soil-gathering bucket 6 is lifted up and lowered along the rails 4 laid within the shaft in accordance with the excavation depth, such that soil-gathering work is performed safely and speedily.

PURPOSE:To transport a passenger on any of horizontal, inclined and vertical surfaces of a track by providing a wheel travelling along the track on an outer frame of a car with a passenger room formed in an inner frame free to turn against the cylindrical outer frame, and by travelling and driving it by a linear motor. CONSTITUTION:A car body travels and guides a cylindrically formed travel body 3 along an outer frame 3a forming a car body outer shell and a guide rail 1, and the car body is prevented from derailing from the track at the time when it travels on the sharply inclined surface or the vertical surface. It is constituted by providing a guide wheel 3b, a support wheel 3c to support the travel body 3 and an inner frame 3d to form a passenger room of the travel body 3. And the passenger room is formed so that the center of gravity becomes low, and additionally, seats 3e facing against each other are arranged on the floor surface. These inner frame 3d and outer frame 3a are supported through a bearing or a sliding material and are respectively constituted free to turn. A magnet 3f for drive is mounted on the bottom part of the travel body 3 and a linear motor is constituted of it and a ground primary coil generating a shifting magnetic field.
