By 2020 Australia‟s National Digital Economy Strategy aims to increase household online participation and engage 12 per cent of all employees in teleworking arrangements. Achieving these goals is generally perceived as positive due to the reduced impact on the natural environment from less use of transport. However, this also will enable greater flexibility as to where people live and thus will impact upon the maintenance and formation of communities and on property use. This paper commences by clarifying what is Australia‟s internet economy before highlighting the impact of the internet on community formation and maintenance. The paper concludes by identifying what the achievement of these goals will mean for property use in the future.

Una de las industrias fuertemente afectadas por el COVID-19 fue la industria de los servicios financieros. Específicamente en la banca, uno de los grandes retos en esta transformación digital ha sido tener disponibles las operaciones por autoservicio, es decir, que los clientes puedan realizar sus operaciones directamente y en todo momento y lugar a través de su banca digital. Una de las operaciones que menor uso tiene, a pesar de estar disponible es la de las aclaraciones por cargos no reconocidos. Este estudio tiene el objetivo de identificar cuáles son las diferencias entre los clientes que realizan esta operación por medio de la banca digital o centro de contacto, de tal forma que podamos encontrar recomendaciones para las instituciones de cómo fomentar más dicha transacción. Por medio de un método mixto se realizó un análisis cuantitativo descriptivo de los clientes que realizaron la transacción en el canal digital y se compararon con los que lo realizaron por el centro de contacto, y cualitativamente se realizaron llamadas de salida para entender cuáles son los principales motivos por los que realizó dicha operación de manera telefónica, a pesar de contar con la banca digital. Dentro de los resultados destaca que la variable más impactante de las analizadas es la edad, de tal forma que la discusión se centra en que los clientes digitales son nativos digitales, principalmente jóvenes, y los que la realizan en centro de contacto son clientes para quienes lo natural es levantar el teléfono.

Despite this, there have been very few scholarly investigations into the services and characteristics that transform a web site into a portal as well as into the dimensions that determine the customer’s evaluation of the portal’s service quality the Internet has brought about fundamental changes in the rules of operation of the banking industry (Gunasekaran and Love, 1999). Specifically, the industry has moved rapidly to exploit the new communication/ transaction channels offered by the Internet to improve their front-end Internet applications. As a result, the number of e-banking Web sites has increased rapidly (Aladwani, 2001).

This study had been performed to analyzing relationship between performance management and service quality because of develop the E-banks service quality by means of improve specific sides of the performance management. In this method was used for analyzing the performance management and the SYSTRA-SQ scale were used for assessing the service quality at there.
