Safety Evaluation of Urban Flood Control System Based on Variable Fuzzy Pattern Recognition
TL;DR: A security assessment model of urban flood control system which is based on the variable fuzzy set theory is established and it came to the conclusion that the city's Flood control system level is between mild warning state and severe alert state, the evaluating result is in accordance with heze flood conditions.

Study on the preparation of dlc films deposited on silver nanoparticles and the sensitivity of lspr interface
TL;DR: In this paper, diamond-like carbon (DLC) films were deposited on the surface of silver nanoparticles (NPs) using two different sets of technology parameters by radio-frequency magnetron arc plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) in order to characterize the film thickness, microstructure, composition and sensing performance.
Study on Wear Properties and Mechanisms of Coated Carbide Tools in Dry Turning of 300M Steel
TL;DR: In this paper, the minimum surface wear rate hs = 2.88 μm and the optimal cutting speed v = 200 m/mim were attained under the condition of the feed rate f = 0.1 mm/r and the depth of cut ap= 0.15 mm.
