On the Integration of Blockchain and SDN: Overview, Applications, and Future Perspectives
Anichur Rahman,Antonio Montieri,Dipanjali Kundu,Md. Razaul Karim,Md. Jahidul Islam,Sara Umme,Alfredo Nascita,Antonio Pescape +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors provide a comprehensive survey regarding the recent research trends and review the related state-of-the-art literature regarding the integration of blockchain and SDN.
A quick signal of starvation induced autophagy: Transcription versus post- translational modification of LC3
TL;DR: It is indicated that during starvation the initial robust signal to the cytoplasm can induce autophagy activity through modification at the protein level, whereas after depleting readily available autophile proteins the signal goes to the DNA transcription level to maintain the autophagic capacity of cells.

Diversity of amino acid signaling pathways on autophagy regulation: a novel pathway for arginine.
Aileen B. Angcajas,Norihiko Hirai,Kenji Kaneshiro,Md. Razaul Karim,Yuichiro Horii,Masatoshi Kubota,Shinobu Fujimura,Motoni Kadowaki +7 more
TL;DR: Investigation of the relevance of reactive oxygen species (ROS) production on the regulation of autophagy using amino acids, both as a mixture and individually, in rat hepatoma H4-II-E cells found a dissociation of the two responses.

Vitamin E as a novel enhancer of macroautophagy in rat hepatocytes and H4-II-E cells.
TL;DR: Using a new cytosolic LC3 ratio, vitamin E increases autophagy by accelerating LC3 conversion through a new signaling pathway, emerging as a novel enhancer of autophagic flux.
