The invention provides a handling method for avoiding a barrier. The handling method comprises the following steps of acquiring the geographic information and the shot and positioning point distribution diagram of a target work area; according to the geographic information of the target work area, generating a binary diagram of bin grid discretization of the target work area; generating a vector graph of a barrier influence area in the target work area; superposing the vector graph of the barrier influence area onto the binary diagram of the bin grid discretization of the target work area to generate a barrier distribution binary diagram of the target work area; superposing the shot and positioning point distribution diagram of the target work area onto the barrier distribution binary diagram to generate a barrier distribution binary diagram with shot and positioning point distribution; performing deflection on shot and positioning points in the barrier according to the barrier distribution binary diagram with the shot and positioning point distribution. In an area with complicated ground surface conditions, discretization is performed on the barrier on the basis of a bin grid method, so whether the shot and positioning points of the area fall in a vectorized barrier area or not can be conveniently determined, and a reliable judgment basis is provided for the deflection of the shot and positioning points.
