TL;DR: In this article, a device capable of achieving light beam shaping dodging and speckle elimination at the same time integrates speckel elimination and laser shaping on one device, thus, optical loss is reduced obviously, the light energy utilization rate of laser is raised, energy loss is lowered, and imaging is clear.

TL;DR: In this paper, a power spectrum density function of a speckle pattern is utilized to evaluate the effect of speckles elimination, and the method comprises the steps that: three one-dimensional physical quantities which are respectively a radial power spectrum densities rPSD, an angle PSD aPSD and a total PSD tPSD are defined for the pattern to be measured and evaluated, wherein the calculated values of the above three physical quantities are analyzed to provide a specckle measuring and evaluating result.
