Influence of Relative Humidity on Textile Antenna Performance
TL;DR: In this paper, a variety of antenna substrate materials has been investigated and it was found that antennas based on materials with a small moisture regain (less than 3%) provided a more stable antenna characteristic, and can therefore preferably be applied as antenna substrate.

The Use of Textile Materials to Design Wearable Microstrip Patch Antennas
TL;DR: In this paper, the feasibility of the use of textile materials in the design of antennas working in the dedicated 2.45 GHz frequency range was investigated, using a commercial electromagnetic field simulator to design microstrip patch antennas fabricated from both conductive (electrotextiles) and nonconductive t...

Wearable Smart Textiles for Long-Term Electrocardiography Monitoring—A Review
Abreha Bayrau Bayrau Nigusse,Desalegn Alemu Mengistie,Benny Malengier,Granch Berhe Tseghai,Lieva Van Langenhove +4 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the application of textile electrodes for ECG monitoring from the fundamentals to the latest developments and prospects for their future fate is assessed and discussed, and textile electrodes can be fabricated by integrating thin metal fiber during the manufacturing stage of textile products or by coating textiles with conductive materials like metal inks, carbon materials, or conductive polymers.
