The method comprises the following steps: smelting to form a titanium alloy solution, and preparing a circular tube blank; heating the circular tube blank to be 1100-1200 DEG C; obliquely rolling and perforating to obtain a hollow billet; continuously rolling the hollow billet to form a pierced billet; heating the pierced billet to be 860-900 DEG C by using a heating furnace, carrying out stretch reduction at a deformation amount of 30-65% and cooling by air to obtain a titanium alloy seamless tube with an isometric crystal structure. The titanium alloy solution comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5.6-6.7% of Al, 3.6-4.4% of V, less than or equal to 0.28% of Fe, less than or equal to 0.07% of C, less than or equal to 0.18% of O, less than or equal to 0.01% of N, less than or equal to 0.01% of H and the balance of Ti. Through the production method, the titanium alloy seamless tube with yield strength being greater than 880 MPa, tensile strength being greater than 940 MPa and elongation percentage being greater than 15% can be obtained under the condition of cancelling the normal heat treatment process; meanwhile, the titanium alloy seamless tube is short in production cycle, low in cost and high in production efficiency.

Severe plastic deformation is carried out at a high-temperature region, so that the method is suitable for combination for high-alloy steel with poor processing property and low plasticity. A product is good in surface quality and wide in specification range, thereby meeting standards and user requirements.
