TL;DR: In this article, the authors present a method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium for configuring an RS set, and belong to the technical field of communications, where a terminal acquires a channel measurement result by using the terminal, and when the measurement result meets a preset condition, the measurement report is sent to the access network device, so that the access device maintains a target RS set with a large channel measurement parameter for the terminal to reduce the probability of occurring beam failure or improve the success rate of beam failure recovery.
