Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the output performance tends to be stable after the membrane electrode performance is repeatedly activated for 4-6 times, the purpose of rapid and efficient activation is achieved, the methodcan be automatically completed on a test board or a system without midway human interference operation, and the execution time is greatly shortened.
