TL;DR: In this article, a multi-time scale convolutional neural network (MSTNN) based pedestrian re-identification method was proposed for video pedestrian reidentification, which comprises the steps of using a first output with spatial features and multi-scale time features, and obtaining the multiscale CNN by inserting amulti-scale 3D CNN layer and a residual attention layer into the spatial CNN.
