Weinstein,Karsten Wiesner +27 more
TL;DR: In this article, a stream-based analysis pipeline was proposed to detect gravitational waves from the merger of binary neutron stars, binary black holes, and neutron-star-black-hole binaries within ∼1 min of the arrival of the merger signal at Earth.

TL;DR: In this paper, an efficient method for determining a signal's consistency between multiple gravitational wave detectors suitable for real-time gravitational wave searches for compact binary mergers was described. But this technique was used in analyses of Advanced LIGO's second observing run and Advanced Virgo's first observing run.
Comparing two models for measuring the neutron star equation of state from gravitational-wave signals
TL;DR: In this article, the authors describe the implementation of a model built from a spectral decomposition of the adiabatic index that was used by the LIGO-Virgo Collaboration [arXiv:1805.11581] to constrain the neutron star EoS from GW170817.
Template bank for spinning compact binary mergers in the second observation run of Advanced LIGO and the first observation run of Advanced Virgo

TL;DR: In this article, the aligned-spin template bank of the GstLAL-based inspiral pipeline was used to analyze data from Advanced LIGO and the first observing run of advanced Virgo.
