Room temperature d0 ferromagnetism, zero dielectric loss and ac-conductivity enhancement in p-type Ag-doped SnO2 compounds
L. Chouhan,Shantanu Kumar Panda,S. Bhattacharjee,B. Das,B. Das,A. Mondal,B. N. Parida,R. Brahma,Murli Kumar Manglam,Manoranjan Kar,G. Bouzerar,S. K. Srivastava +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, structural, micro-structural, optical, magnetic, and electrical properties of Ag-doped SnO2 compounds were investigated, and the observed ferromagnetism can be ascribed to a p-d hybridization between O and Ag ions.
