PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a special stirring means, to displace a developer, and to perform uniform stirring operation by moving magnets provided near a developing device in parallel to a magnetic roll in the developing device which contains the developer. CONSTITUTION:A hub 5 is supported slidably on a rod body 2 which extends in the lengthwise direction of the developing device 1 to its overall length outside and near the developing device 1, and a proper number of magnets 6 are fitted to the hub. A couple of pulleys 3a and 3b are arranged near both ends of the developing device, a wire 4 is extended between both pulleys, and this wire fitted to the hub 5 and the magnets fitted thereto. The magnets 6 fitted to the hub 5 are so arranged that they have the same polarity outward and the different polarity form the polarity of the opposite part of the magnetic roll 8 in the sleeve 9 in the device. Consequently, magnetic flux operates on the magnetic developer more effectively.

PURPOSE:To obtain a small-size inexpensive ultrasonic motor driver which can stably operate by providing a delay circuit for delaying the rise of a signal for an arbitrary time at the outputs of a phase shifter for forming two signals having 90 deg. of phase difference from the output of an oscillator and its inverter. CONSTITUTION:When a signal 'H' is applied to a point 32a, a forward current flows to a diode 30. Thus, a voltage obtained by subtracting the voltage drop of the diode from the signal 'H' is momentarily generated at the point 32a, and then arrives at the voltage 'H' by a resistor 28 and the charging operation of a capacitor 29. Then, when the voltage at the point 32a becomes 0V, the voltage of the point 32b slowly drops by the resistor 28 and the charging operation of the capacitor 29 to 0V. When the signal of the point 32b is wave-shaped by a NOT circuit 32, a signal delayed for a set time from the signal of the point 32a is obtained. Accordingly, since an arbitrary time difference is provided at the signals of points 22a-22d, it can prevent switching elements of a driver 22 from being simultaneously turned ON to be damaged.

PURPOSE:To contrive the reduction of a number of parts, miniaturization and thin size by operating a series of gears, whose driving source is a reversible motor provided on an orthogonal bisector to a line segment connected with the centers of one pair of flywheels, to act selectively upon a take-up reel for a tape in the forward direction and a take-up reel in the reverse direction. CONSTITUTION:The reversible motor 5 is provided on the orthogonal bisector to the line segment connected with the centers of one pair of the flywheels 6 and 7, and a power transmission belt is stretched around one pair of the flywheels 6 and 7 and the reversible motor 5. Then, a series of the gears 13a-13f, whose driving source is the reversible motor 5, is provided on the orthogonal bisector within a space surrounded by this belt 8, whereas this series of the gears is positioned in the space and selectively operated onto the take-up reel 2 for the tape in the forward direction or the take-up reel 3 in the reverse direction. Consequently, since no discrepancies arise between the take-up reel in the forward direction and the take-up reel in the reverse direction in their power transmission characteristics from the reversible motor, the control of the reversible motor is facilitated in its rotating speed. By this method, the reduction of a number of parts, miniaturization and thin formation can be contrived.

PURPOSE:To reduce the residue of nondeveloped pigment particles on unexposed areas without causing peeling of a pattern part by spraying pressurized water on a transparent substrate after immersing the substrate coated with a film into a developing solution. CONSTITUTION:The transparent substrate 1 coated with the film 2 is exposed to light through a prescribed photomask, immersed into the developing solution 3, and then, sprayed with the pressurized water. The immersion of the substrate 1 into the solution 3 promotes the dissolution reaction and starts peeling of the unexposed part of the film 2, and the spraying of the pressurized pure water 5 from a nozzle 4 promotes the peeling of the film 2 already peeled a little with water pressure, and at that time, application of water pressure is made uniform to the substrate 1 by rotating the substrate 1 fixed by vacuum suction, thus permitting the peeling of the film on the unexposed areas, and the residue of undeveloped pigment particles remaining there to be reduced without peeling the part of the pattern 6 on the substrate 1.
