PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat recovery system for gas turbine cogeneration equipment, in which waste heat from cooling water of a refrigerator or an auxiliary machine cooling water system can be used for a water supply system of a waste heat recovery boiler as a steam generating device. SOLUTION: The waste heat recovery system for gas turbine cogeneration equipment, comprises: a gas turbine 1 having intake air cooler 5; the waste heat recovery boiler 2 as a steam generating device generating the steam from the exhaust gas of the gas turbine; the steam system 20 supplying the steam generated in the waste heat recovery boiler 2; the refrigerator 6 disposed to the cooling water system 24 of the intake air cooler 5 to cool the cooling water; a cooling water system 26 having a cooling tower 7. The cooling water system 24 of the intake air cooler 5 is connected with the cooling water system 26 of the cooling tower 7 with feeding water connection pipe 31 and a return water connection pipe 32, and control valves 12, 13 mixing all of or a part of the cooling water of the cooling water system 26 are disposed thereto. The water supply line (131) sends water to a waste heat recovery boiler (110) which generates vapor utilizing the heat of exhaust gas (EG) from a gas turbine (10). A heat pump device (151) transfers the heat of air (A), which is sucked in by the gas turbine (10), to water flowing through the water supply line (131), thereby cooling the air (A) and heating the water.

SOLUTION: This method comprises a step for letting pressurized air stream flow from the first compressor into the first heat exchanger, a step for extracting energy from the pressurized air stream using first working fluid 76 flowing through the first heat exchanger to reduce operating temperature of the pressurized air stream and raise operating temperature of the first working fluid and letting the first working fluid flow into a process heat exchanger 74, and a step for letting the pressurized air stream flow from the first heat exchanger into the second compressor. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device for a brine facility capable of carrying out miniaturization of the facility and reduction of manufacturing costs by reducing the number of parts, and achieving energy saving by reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: The temperature control device for the brine facility supplying a medium in a brine system circuit 14 to a load 21 includes: a heating system circuit 12 provided with steam piping 11 carrying steam for temperature raising; the load 21; the brine system circuit 14 constituted by disposing brine piping 13 forming a passage circulating and passing the medium with respect to a chiller 22 for medium cooling and the load 21, and a brine circulation pump 23 forcibly circulating the medium in the passage of the brine piping 13; a plate heat exchanger 15 provided between an outlet side of the brine circulation pump 23 and an inlet side of the load and transferring steam heat in the steam piping 11 to the medium in the brine piping 13 to carry out temperature rising of the medium to a plus temperature; and a control part 16 controlling the whole device.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient intake air cooling system for a gas turbine by effectively using accumulated cold for cooling intake air. SOLUTION: Intake air 21 is cooled by making cooling water pass through an intake air cooler 20 which is installed in a gas turbine intake air passage. The cooling water is cooled by brine via an intermediate heat exchanger 24. The brine is supplied from a heat storage tank 27, stored at a low temperature, by freezing water by a refrigerator 28 at night. In this case, the cooling quantity of the intake air 21 is adjusted, by transmitting the signals of the temperature and humidity of the intake air 21 downstream of the intake air cooler 20 to a calculator 31 and controlling a brine flow control valve 26, an auxiliary brine flow control valve 35 and brine circulation pump 33, based on the signals processed in the calculator 31.
