- 19 Feb 2009
TL;DR: In this paper, a matrix of explosive cells can be used to guide a projectile to a target by firing a projectile at a target, tracking the target and the target, determining a desired change in a flight path of the projectile, transmitting guidance commands to effect the desired change, and selectively igniting an explosive cell contained in a common substrate.
