Patent
Manufacture of reflection type liquid crystal display device
Kanbe Makoto,Mitsui Seiichi +1 more
- 24 Sep 1999
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a method for the manufacturing of a reflection type liquid crystal display, which is constituted by forming reflection electrodes as display pixels reflecting incident light from one of a couple of substrates arranged opposite each other across a liquid crystal layer and lead-around electrodes for applying a voltage for display to the respective reflection electrodes through connection parts on the liquid-crystal-layer side surface of the other substrate.
