Establishment of High Titer Baboon Endogenous Retrovirus Envelope Pseudotyped Lentiviral Vector Production Protocol Focusing on Syncytium Formation and Exfoliation
K. Noguchi,Yasuhiro Ikawa,M. Takenaka,Yuta Sakai,Toshihiro Fujiki,Rie Kuroda,Maxwell Chappell,Valentina Ghiaccio,Stefano Rivella,Taizo Wada +9 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors showed that the amount of BaEV-Rless plasmid was proportional to syncytium formation and virus titer, which could be the causes of low virus Titer.
Histopathological maturation in juvenile xanthogranuloma: a blueberry muffin infant mimicking aleukemic leukemia cutis.
Yuta Sakai,Yasuhiro Ikawa,M. Takenaka,K. Noguchi,Toshihiro Fujiki,Hiroko Ikeda,Taizo Wada +6 more
TL;DR: This case highlights the importance of multiple biopsies and the potential for histopathological maturation in non-typical neonatal JXG, which was difficult to differentiate from aleukemic leukemia cutis because of overlapping histopathological characteristics.
Hymenal Cyst in a Newborn.
Ayako Yamagami,K. Noguchi,Yasuhiro Ikawa,Taizo Wada +3 more
TL;DR: A rare case of hymenal cyst in a newborn is reported, highlighting the importance of prenatal and postnatal examination for congenital anomalies, and the need for prompt surgical intervention to prevent complications.

IL-13 and IL-4 inhibit bone resorption by suppressing cyclooxygenase-2-dependent prostaglandin synthesis in osteoblasts.
Yoshiko Onoe,Chisato Miyaura,T. Kaminakayashiki,Y. Nagai,K. Noguchi,Qing-Rong Chen,H. Seo,Hiroaki Ohta,Shiro Nozawa,Ichiro Kudo,Tatsuo Suda +10 more
TL;DR: IL-13 and IL-4 inhibit bone resorption by suppressing COX-2-dependent PG synthesis in osteoblasts by suppressing the IL-1 alpha-induced stimulation of both COx-2 mRNA expression and PGE2 synthesis.
Pediatric inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor of the bladder with ALK–FN1 fusion successfully treated by alectinib
Toshihiro Fujiki,Yuta Sakai,Yasuhiro Ikawa,M. Takenaka,K. Noguchi,Rie Kuroda,Takatoshi Abe,Kozo Nomura,Seisho Sakai,Taizo Wada +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a case of pediatric inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor (IMT) of the bladder with FN1-ALK fusion was described, and the tumor was successfully treated with alectinib, a second-generation ALK inhibitor, followed by transurethral resection of the tumor without any complications.
