A register mark MC1 for detecting a sky directional position displacement including a line L3 with a 1/2 line width of the line L1 the top directional reference mark MB1 is printed with cyan (a color other than the reference color) by making a position where the top directional margin of the line L3 of the MC1 overlaps with the top directional margin of the line L1 of the MB1 as a target position. A target range S1 is determined and intercolor misregister amount between the black and the cyan is obtained from the sum of the pixel numbers of a red image being the complementary color of the cyan of the target range S1. Similarly, intercolor misregister amount can be obtained on a ground direction, a right and left direction, and other colors.
