If the originator is an applicant, the SMSC server(25) transmits the SMS message, receives reception state result information, and transmits the reception state result information to a message management server(27). The message management server(27) stores and manages the SMS message of the originator and the reception state result information transmitted from the SMSC server(25) by respective subscribers and messages, and provides the reception state result information to the originator.
