Molecular and clinicopathological characteristics of ERBB2 gene fusions in 32,131 Chinese patients with solid tumors
Yin Guan,Yutong Wang,Hongxia Li,Jing Meng,X Joann You,Xiaofeng Zhu,Qian Zhang,Tingting Sun,C. Qi,Guangyu An,Ying Fan,Bing Xue +11 more
TL;DR: NGS data comprehensively characterized ERBB2 fusions from next-generation sequencing (NGS) data between May 2018 and October 2021 in 32,131 various solid tumors and shows that patients with ERBB 2 fusions in pan-cancer had a worse prognosis than those without ERBB1 fusions, as well as in breast cancer.

Case report: Unique FLT4 variants associated with differential response to anlotinib in angiosarcoma
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors described a patient with two sites of cutaneous angiosarcomas (cASs) that responded differently to anlotinib. And genetic analysis revealed that those two sites had different FLT4 variants, suggesting that FLT 4 amplification could be the cause of anloninib non-response.

MiR-125a suppresses tumor growth, invasion and metastasis in cervical cancer by targeting STAT3.
Zhongyi Fan,Hanzhi Cui,Xiaojie Xu,Zhi Lin,Xuelin Zhang,Lei Kang,Baiyu Han,Jing Meng,Zhifeng Yan,Xiang Yan,Shunchang Jiao +10 more
TL;DR: The expression of miR-125a was downregulated in cervical cancer patients, and negatively correlated with the tumor size, FIGO stage, and preoperative metastasis, and Clinically, STAT3, the expression of which, predicted poorer outcome, was inversely correlated with miR -125a in cervicalcancer.
Combinatorial nanococktails via self-assembling lipid prodrugs for synergistically overcoming drug resistance and effective cancer therapy
Tongyu Li,Weiwei Shi,Jie Yao,Jin-Yang Hu,Qiong Sun,Jing Meng,Jianqin Wan,Haihan Song,Hangxiang Wang +8 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors describe a unique strategy to integrate multiple structurally disparate drugs into a self-assembling nanococktail platform to mitigate chemoresistance and the efficacy of nanotherapy.
