The invention discloses an indoor positioning method based on BIM and passive RFID, which is used for carrying out accurate real-time positioning on personnel entering a building to deal with dangersand carrying out unified coordination on behaviors of the personnel so as to achieve the highest efficiency and safety when the building is in emergency. For instance, when a building is on fire, thefirefighters entering a building to rescue and extinguish fire cannot arrive at a rescue site at the fastest speed and in the safest mode because the firefighters usually are unfamiliar with the interior of the building, and an on-site command center lacks the positions of the firefighters and environmental conditions and cannot conduct effective unified action coordination, so action efficiency is low, and even unnecessary casualties and property losses are caused. The invention provides a low-cost precise indoor positioning technology, and provides a low-cost effective solution for the problem.
