According to the invention, the working conditions with high viscosity, high vacuum, high temperature and easy crystal may be steadily controlled in real time, and the problems of installation positions, difficult measurement and the like, are solved.

After being treated by the treatment system and then subjected to the on-line analysis, the cracking gas sample is high in accuracy of the obtained oxygen content, strong in stability and not likely to make mistakes.
