TL;DR: Quarantine and lockdown, combined with restriction to the movement of people, along with measures like universal use of masks, social distancing, tracking, testing, isolation and specialized centers to manage COVID-19 patients, have been successful in the control and spread of the virus in China and most Asian countries, unlike in Europe and America as mentioned in this paper.

TL;DR: Country has to enhance testing and strengthen tracing, isolation and quarantine mechanism and care of COVID-19 patients as Nepal is in risk zone because of comparably weak health system and porous borders with India.

TL;DR: Reversal of temporary stomas can be done safely at an early date, with no demand of special anesthesia, requiring minimal access to the abdomen and with safe early discharge without expecting serious complications or readmissions.
