Characterization and hydrogen gas sensing properties of TiO2 thin films prepared by sol–gel method
Azhar Ali Haidry,Jarmila Puskelova,Tomas Plecenik,P. Durina,Ján Greguš,M. Truchly,Tomas Roch,Miroslav Zahoran,Melinda Vargova,Peter Kúš,Andrej Plecenik,Gustav Plesch +11 more
TL;DR: In this article, a spin coating was applied on a sapphire substrate from a sol-gel and annealed at various temperatures (from 600°C to 1000°C).

Raman spectroscopy of porous silicon substrates
Magdaléna Kadlečíková,Juraj Breza,Ľubomír Vančo,Miroslav Mikolášek,Michal Hubeňák,Juraj Racko,Ján Greguš +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of the etching time on the Raman spectra of porous silicon prepared by anodic etching was investigated and it was shown that the intensity of the dominant silicon band decreases and the bandwidth is shifted to lower frequencies, depending on the morphology of the sample.

Effect of etching time in hydrofluoric acid on the structure and morphology of n-type porous silicon
Martin Kopáni,Milan Mikula,Daniel Kosnáč,Jaroslav Kováč,Michal Trnka,Ján Greguš,Monika Jerigova,Matej Jergel,Erik Vavrinsky,Silvia Bacova,Peter Zitto,Stefan Polak,Emil Pinčík +12 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors studied the influence of etching time in hydrofluoric acid and methanol solution on the structure and morphology of n-type porous silicon (PSi).

Effect of Post-Deposition Annealing Treatment on the Structural, Optical and Gas Sensing Properties of TiO2 Thin Films
Azhar Ali Haidry,P. Durina,M. Tomasek,Ján Greguš,P. Schlosser,Marián Mikula,M. Truhly,Tomas Roch,Tomas Plecenik,A. Pidik,Miroslav Zahoran,Peter Kúš,Andrej Plecenik +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, the effect of post-deposition annealing temperature on gas sensing properties of TiO2 thin films was studied by X-ray diffraction technique, Atomic Force Microscopy and UV-VIS Spectroscopy.

Characterization of TiO2 nanofibers with enhanced photocatalytic properties prepared by plasma assisted calcination
J. Surovčík,Veronika Medvecká,Ján Greguš,Maros Gregor,Tomas Roch,A Annušová,P. Ďurina,Tatiana Vojteková +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a novel approach to produce titania (TiO2) nanofibers with enhanced properties using plasma pre-treatment was presented, where PVP/TTIP fibers were plasma treated using diffuse coplanar surface barrier discharge (DCSBD) followed by thermal calcination at 500 °C, 600 °C and 700 °C.
