With such an arrangement, the support film 93 exfoliated from a polymer electrolyte 92 can be held by the plate 381 and grip part 382. Furthermore, the support film 93 held by the plate 381 and grip part 382, and a following support film 93 can be connected on the plate 381. Consequently, cost of a backing material is reduced by using a single layer dummy backing material 81, and non-contiguous support films 93 can be recovered as a series of backing material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a battery electrode in which a coating layer can be formed in a boundary section with a sufficient margin; and a method for manufacturing same. To this end, this method for manufacturing an electrode is a method in which a second layer is coated on at least a boundary section between a first layer and a base material having a portion on which the first layer is formed. The method is characterized in that, in a region directly in front of the boundary section on the base material, with respect to the gap between a coating device and the base material, the second layer is coated with a second gap that is smaller than a first gap corresponding to a wet thickness that is determined by the amount of discharged coating fluid and by the moving speed of the base material, and coating is performed on the first layer with a third gap corresponding to the sum of the thickness of the first layer and the first gap.

The fiber liquid bridge film preparation device comprises a fiber liquid bridge unit capable of moving in a three-dimensional manner and comprising a fiber which is stretched and suspended on the surface of a film substrate in the horizontal direction; two ends of the fiber are symmetrically provided with two capillary tubes; the two ends of the fiber are respectively inserted into the two capillary tubes; the diameter of the fiber is smaller than the inner diameters of the capillary tubes; one ends, far away from the stretched portion of the fiber, of the two capillary tube are liquid suction ends for sucking a film stock solution; one ends, close to the fiber, of the two capillary tube are liquid outlet ends for flowing out the film stock solution; and therefore, the film stock solution flowing out of the two capillary tubes forms a liquid bridge along the fiber. According to the invention, the capillary tubes andthe fiber are introduced to form the liquid bridge, so that the thickness of the liquid film in the film brushing process can be effectively reduced, the solution desizing and soaking process can be controlled, and uniform large-area film printing can be achieved.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating device which can form a coating film of a uniform thickness in continuous intermittent coating.SOLUTION: A coating device forms a coating part 4 by discharging a coating liquid 8 from a tip end of a slit die 1 and forming a crosslinking of the coating liquid 8 in a clearance between a conveyed base material 3 and the tip end of the slit die 1, and coats the base material 3 with the coating liquid 8 through the coating liquid crosslinking. The coating device controls a first opening/closing two-way valve 6 so as to start supply of the coating liquid 8 to the clearance before a first predetermined time, when the slit die 1 reaches from a standby position to a coating position, passes, and controls the first opening/closing two-way valve 6 so as to stop the supply of the coating liquid 8 to the clearance after a second predetermined time passes after the slit die 1 starts moving from the coating position to the standby position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method of an electrolyte membrane capable of concatenating two sheet members in which the electrolyte membranes and support members are laminated, while well matching shapes of end faces of the two sheet members so as to continuously and smoothly remove the support members from the electrolyte membranes.SOLUTION: A first portion 7 of a first sheet member 5 in which a first electrolyte membrane 1 and a first support member 3 are laminated and a second portion 8 of a second sheet member 6 in which a second electrolyte membrane 2 and a second support member 4 are laminated are overlapped in a thickness direction. The first sheet member 5 and the second sheet member 6 are fixed to a first sucker 20 by a suction force so as not to deviate a position of the overlapped portion, a cutting part 11 of the overlapped portion is cut and an end material is removed. While maintaining the state where the first sheet member 5 and the second sheet member 6 are fixed to the first sucker 20, a first connection member is affixed to a surface at an opposite side of a surface that faces the first sucker 20, so as to be spread over the first sheet member 5 and the second sheet member 6.
