LncRNA DLX6-AS1 promoted cancer cell proliferation and invasion by attenuating the endogenous function of miR-181b in pancreatic cancer.
TL;DR: It is suggested that DLX6-AS1 promotes cancer cell proliferation and invasion by attenuating the endogenous function of miR-181b in pancreatic cancer.
Regorafenib reverses HGF-induced sorafenib resistance by inhibiting epithelial-mesenchymal transition in hepatocellular carcinoma.
TL;DR: The results indicate that HGF induces sorafenib resistance by activating phosporylated (P)‐ERK/Snail/EMT and P‐STAT3‐Snail‐EMT pathways and inhibiting ERK and STAT3 by regorafenIB can block HGF‐induced EMT, thereby reversing H GF‐induced sorafinib resistance.

MicroRNA-519 inhibits hypoxia-induced tumorigenesis of pancreatic cancer by regulating immune checkpoint PD-L1.
TL;DR: A novel mechanism of miR-519-mediated tumorigenesis in pancreatic cancer cells under hypoxic conditions is indicated and may be crucial for the improvement of future pancreaticcancer treatment.
