In order to reduce the misoperation of submersible pilots in the complex environment of deep sea and improve human reliability, it is a very important method to optimize the cabin space of manned submersible. In this paper, manned submersible Jiaolong is taken as an example to describe the breakthrough of traditional modes for optimizing the cabin layout of manned submersible with an aesthetic perspective of deconstruction and reconstruction thinking; the layout is optimized based on deconstruction and reconstruction from the cultural perspective of interdisciplinary. The experimental results show that the layout of manned submersible cabin is optimized by combining the theory of deconstruction and reconstruction aesthetics and human factors engineering, and the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified by multiobjective genetic algorithm. Deconstruction and reconfiguration layout optimization improves the human reliability of divers. It is a new method for the optimization of manned submersible cabin layout and also provides a reference for studies on the layout of similar small space.

A New Method for Optimizing the Cabin Layout of Manned Submersibles

Through inducing the job task of loadmaster, the requirements for the function of loadmaster station on which the group selection with loadmaster station panel is based. According to the ergonomics standards of ground control station, combine the practical work situation of loadmaster to conduct overall design. By combining the manual layout method and intelligent layout method, the components are reasonably distributed while layout results are also analyzed and verified. Finally use the ergonomics module of CATIA to examine the designed panel. The results show the good visibility as well as good accessibility of the panel.

Research on the design of loadmaster station based on the ergonomics

This paper investigates the warship cabin layout problem from the perspective of layout optimization. A living district cabin layout is taken as an example,and the theories and methods in two-dimensional Facility Layout Problem(FLP)analysis are adopted to simplify the cabin layout model. Once the simplified model is established,an mathematic optimization model is further analyzed,which includes cabin sequence variables,objective evaluation functions,and layout constraints. Then,an improved Genetic Algorithm is proposed to solve the mathematical model,which is of high efficiency due to its advantages in the encoding method,gene operators,and procedure frames. Finally,through programming calculation,the Pareto layout schemes are obtained. It is observed from both theoretical analysis and practical examples that the proposed algorithm can well solve the layout problems of living district cabins.
