TL;DR: In this paper, a movable type two-dimensional-function marking machine is proposed for the field of metallurgy enterprises, focusing on solving the occupational hazards of great labor intensity, high temperature work, movement squeezing injury, paint dust and the like resulting from manual spraying, as well as the problems of nonstandard spraying, unclear marking and frequentlyoccurring mark confusion resulting in product quality process tracking and monitoring difficulties, and simultaneously overcomes the defects that existing automatic spraying equipment is great in investment, large in occupied space, high in maintenance expense and single in spraying angle.
