CONSTITUTION: Physiological reaction of a person to be measured is measured by a physiological reaction measuring processing part 20, and after a physiological index is found by a physiological index extracting part 21 from the physiological reaction, the physiological index is converted into a living body inside parameter by using a physiological model by a physiological quantity evaluating judging part 22, and the converted living body inside parameter is compared with a preset pattern, and when they coincide with each other, a subject quantity of the person to be measured is collected to a subject quantity data collecting part 25. According to this, detailed evaluation every person to be measured can be performed, and since it can also cope with an individual difference, reliability of evaluation is improved. PURPOSE:To enable the execution of inspection without any disadvantage even when an analysis is conducted in the same routine without any distinction between an ordinary inspection and an urgent one, by providing a storage means containing item-sorted informations and specimen-sorted informations on a specimen to be analyzed in the form of bit tables. CONSTITUTION:When a request for inspection is made, setting is made in an item- sorted reception bit table A of a requested information storage element 2a. When this request is for reinspection, setting is made in an item-sorted not-yet-reinspected bit table C of a not-yet-reinspected information storage element 2c. In the case when said request is urgent, informations of which the number of effective dates is small are selected with reference to the table A and inspection is started. In the case of the re-inspection, informations of which the re-inspection is requested are selected with reference to the table C and the inspection is started. After the completion of the inspection, the table C is reset. In the case of a routine inspection, an item-sorted data input bit table B of a measured information storage element 2b is referred to so as to select items having been left till the previous day, and the inspection is started. After the completion of each inspection, subsequently, setting of the table B and a specimen-sorted data input bit table of a specimen-sorted information storage element 3a, as well as resetting of the table A, is executed.

Thus the part 3 carries out the combined calculation and stores the result of this calculation in a memory part 3a. Then the part 4 carries out single calculation and stores the result of this calculation in a memory part 4a. When the parts 2-4 work, a formula is selected out of plural prepared types of general formulas in response to the check contents. Thus the insurance points are calculated and totalized 5 for output 6.
