The steel ladle for steelmaking comprises a steel shell, the inner side wall of the steel shell is sequentially covered with a ladle wall outer permanent layer and a ladle wall inner permanent layer; the inner wall of the ladle wall inner permanent layer is covered with a ladle body molten pool work layer and a ladle body slag line work layer; the ladle body slag line work layer is arranged on the upper portion of the ladle body molten pool work layer; a ladle bottom permanent layer is arranged at the inner bottom of the steel shell and provided with a ladle bottom non-impact area work layer; the side wall of the ladle bottom non-impact area work layer is tightly attached to the ladle body molten pool work layer, and a ladle bottom impact area work layer is arranged in the middle of the ladle bottom non-impact area work layer; the ladle wall outer permanent layer is formed by building micro-hole high-temperature heat-insulating bricks; the ladle wall inner permanent layer and the ladle bottom permanent layer are both formed by casting high-aluminum refractory castable; the ladle body molten pool work layer is formed by building carbon-free prefabricated blocks; the ladle body slag line work layer is formed by building magnesium carbon bricks; the ladle bottom impact area work layer is formed by building carbon-free prefabricated members. The steel ladle has the advantages of being safe, long in service life, good in heat-preserving performance, high in quality of molten steel and low in weight.

The method provided by the invention is used for pouring heavily corroded ladle wall incomplete linings of the ladle bottom working lining and new working lining of the half steel ladle; the service life of the working lining is prolonged, the consumption of the fireproof material of the ladle lining is reduced, the integrated ladle lining can be used for above 450 times in a furnace and the consumption of the pouring resistant material of the working lining of the half steel ladle of the ton steel is reduced by above 1/3 than before.

The invention discloses a construction method of a steel ladle bottom for ultra-low carbon steel. The method comprises the following steps: (1), a pocket block is constructed on a permanent layer of the steel ladle bottom after baking is completed, and then a ring of protective bricks are constructed around the pocket block; (2), two air brick seat blocks are constructed on the permanent layer of the steel ladle bottom after baking is completed, and then a ring of protective bricks are constructed around each air brick seat block; (3), an impact pad is constructed between the two air brick seat blocks; and (4), vacancy area of the steel ladle bottom is filled with castable and compaction is performed. The construction method disclosed by the invention is simple and practicable and has high efficiency; after the construction is finished, the impact area and the non-impact area of the steel ladle bottom are tightly attached to form the steel ladle bottom which has a complete structure and is provided with the impact pad; and meanwhile, the impact pad is independent, so that the impact pad can be independently replaced without dismounting the whole ladle bottom after the impact pad is damaged.

The invention discloses a method for laying the bottom of a prefabricated block ladle by using small building blocks. The method comprises the following steps of: vertically laying the bottom with small upright prefabricated blocks after an inner lining of the wall of the ladle is laid; reserving a gap of 40 to 50mm between the periphery of the bottom and the wall; and filling the gap with corundum-spinel castable and laying two layers of bricks along an annular joint of the bottom and the wall after the bottom is laid. The method has the advantages that: 1, the upright small prefabricated blocks are fired at high temperature, have high strength and low residual moisture, are suitable for rapid baking and quicken the turnover of the ladle; 2, because the bottom of the ladle is formed by laying a plurality of upright small fabricated blocks, the thermal stress can be uniformly dispersed during use and the bottom of the ladle has high high-temperature volumetric stability; 3, a comprehensive laying process is flexibly used to prolong the comprehensive ladle life of the ladle; 4, the bottom of the ladle is convenient to disassemble and maintain, and partial maintenance or replacement is realized; and 5, the use safety of the ladle is improved and a steel drilling accident of the bottom is prevented.

The invention relates to a method for building the container bottom of a carbon-containing molten steel container, which comprises the following steps: firstly, pouring a high-aluminum pouring material layer 2 into a casing 1 of the molten steel container; building a carbon-free working layer 4 below a working layer 3 at the wall of the molten steel container and a carbon-containing working layer5 above the working layer 3 at the wall of the molten steel container by three layers of carbon-free precast blocks 7; arranging the carbon-free precast blocks 7, a ventilation brick 8 and a slide water gap 9 at an impact area on the high-aluminum pouring material layer 2 at the container bottom 6 of the molten steel container; pouring a carbon-free pouring material layer 10 at a non-impact area on the high-aluminum pouring material layer 2 at the container bottom 6 of the molten steel container; and after pouring the container bottom 6 of the molten steel container, filling by a carbon-free pouring material along the carbon-free working layer 4 on the carbon-free pouring material layer 10 into a slope type encircling wall 11. The invention solves the change of physical properties, such as carbon-containing brick chalking, folding strength and the like, caused by the water of a pouring material at the container bottom of the molten steel container, controls steel clamping caused by the replacement of the bottom, has more stable running of the impact area at the bottom of a tank and is beneficial to the unity of large back molten steel containers with various varieties.
