TL;DR: In an effort to understand more about why young people in Norway drop out, the authors interviewed five men and five women aged 19-28 and found that most of the participants had experiences of abandonment, expressed academic amotivation, felt socially awkward, socially excluded and were lonely.

Differential relations between two dimensions of self-esteem and the Big Five?
TL;DR: To test this hypothesis the self-liking/self-competence scale (SLCS) and the Big Five Inventory (BFI) were administered to 128 Norwegian college students and the results show a differential relationship between the two dimensions of SE and the personality dimensions of the BFI.
