La presente invention se rapporte a un dispositif (1) fixe temporairement au niveau de la caisse et permet de maintenir l'ouvrant pendant le traitement des surfaces et la peinture. Le dispositif a pour but d'eviter les chocs et ouvertures intempestives des ouvrants, sans deformer la tole et sans laisser des rayures, des masquages, des grains, de l'ecaillage sur la carrosserie. Le dispositif est forme par deux parties distinctes. La premiere (2) permet la fixation a la carrosserie et accueille la deuxieme partie (4) mobile autour d'un axe de rotation (A). Cette deuxieme partie, en forme de bec, peut prendre alternativement deux positions: une fermee pour retenir l'ouvrant sur l'element fixe et une ouverte pour laisser l'ouvrant libre.
