Diversity and phylogenetic analysis of endosymbiotic bacteria from field caught Bemisia tabaci from different locations of North India based on 16S rDNA library screening
Shalini Singh,Natarajan Gayatri Priya,Jitendra Kumar,Vipin Singh Rana,R. Ellango,Adita Joshi,Garima Priyadarshini,Ramasamy Asokan,Raman Rajagopal +8 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that the bacterial endosymbiont diversity of B. tabaci is much larger and complex than previously perceived and probably N. India strains of the bacterial symbionts could have evolved from some other ancestor.

Constructions of partially balanced crossover designs based on two and higher order association schemes
TL;DR: Partially balanced crossover designs (PBCODs) are needed in case a balanced design is not possible due to some reasons as mentioned in this paper, and they can be used to construct m-associate class association schemes.
Partially balanced cross-over designs for consumer trials

- 09 Nov 2016
TL;DR: In this paper, a model for the estimation of cross-over designs includes a carryover term, which makes them competent for use in consumer research trials and some new classes of partially balanced crossover designs with two associate classes [PBCOD(2)] are obtained, along with their efficiencies.
Nested cross-over designs
TL;DR: In medical research, sequences of treatments may need to be applied to subjects over a period of time and cross-over designs are required, but there may be some additional factor of variation embedded into the subjects, or the required constraints for application of a balanced design may not always be available and the cross- over designs may be conducted in parts or sessions.
