Papers
Evaluation of 3D correspondence methods for model building.
Martin Styner,Kumar T. Rajamani,Lutz Peter Nolte,Gabriel Zsemlye,Gábor Székely,Christopher J. Taylor,Rhodri Davies +6 more
- 20 Jul 2003
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present comparative studies in three anatomical structures of four different correspondence establishing methods, including a manually initialized subdivision surface (MSS) method and three automatic methods that optimize the object parameterization: SPHARM, MDL and the covariance determinant (DetCov).
Automatic Segmentation of the Vessel Lumen from 3D CTA Images of Aortic Dissection.
Tamás Kovács,Philippe C. Cattin,Hatem Alkadhi,Simon Wildermuth,Gábor Székely +4 more
- 01 Jan 2006
TL;DR: A fully automatic Computer Aided Diagnosing system capable to display the different lumens in an easily comprehensible and timely manner is still not available.

Decision fusion for temporal prediction of respiratory liver motion
Christine Tanner,Kaj Koen Eppenhof,J Jaap Gelderblom,Gábor Székely +3 more
- 01 Apr 2014
TL;DR: It was shown that time-intensive optimization of the methods parameters to individual cases was not required, as performance from using the median parameters from the population was not significantly worse when using decision fusion.

Contrast Enhancement with Dual Energy CT for the Assessment of Atherosclerosis
Stefan Saur,Hatem Alkadhi,Luca Regazzoni,Simon R. Eugster,Gábor Székely,Philippe C. Cattin,Philippe C. Cattin +6 more
- 01 Jan 2009
TL;DR: A tissue cancelation and enhancement algorithm for dual energy data for DECT is adapted and proposed as a pre-processing step for the assessment of atherosclerosis and could show a simultaneous contrast enhancement among all targeted tissues.
