TL;DR: Mammal responses to human activity vary by trophic group and landscape, with carnivores being most sensitive to changes, exhibiting decreased activity and increased nocturnality in areas with high human influence during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A test of motion‐sensitive cameras to index ungulate densities: group size matters
TL;DR: In this paper , the use of species detection rates gathered from motion-sensitive cameras as relative abundance indices (RAIs) could be a cost-effective tool to monitor wildlife populations; however, validations based on comparisons with reference methods are necessary.

Intrinsic and extrinsic factors modulating vigilance and foraging in two gregarious foragers
TL;DR: Investigating intrinsic and extrinsic factors influencing vigilance and foraging behavior of two sympatric gregarious bird species that differ markedly in body size and foraging strategies during their non-breeding period allowed to disentangle the role of multifactorial determinants of vigilance and foraging, increasing the understanding of underlying forces driving the evolution of behavioral traits and of group-living.
