The metabonomics method has the outstanding advantage that the tobacco terpenoid metabonomics method based on a GC-MSQQQ platform is built; the method can test 15 kinds of the terpenoids in the tobacco leaves; in addition, the precision degree, the recovery rate and the sample stability of the method all meet testing requirements; moreover, the method is simple, efficient and good in reproducibility; as a unified standard still does not exist in the plant terpenoid method test, building of the method provided by the invention has an important significance for studying tobacco terpenoid metabolism.
